My Exhaust (Back Box)

I bought a Back Box from a scrap yard for £10 that is 4.5 inches wide a the end tip.
As you can see the end tip has slight surface rust so a removed this and sprayed the  end to prevent knew rust forming.

Sorry for picture quality this is due to low light level and poor camera. The next step was to remove the piping that was bent, reason for removal was that it was not needed for an Citroen AX.

As there was nothing left to do with my Back box apart from test it, i put it on my friends Citroen AX here is a Video.

Finished My Alloys and Bonnet

First things its been along time since my last post and quit allot has happened.
The 4th of September i went to watch my friend in his stripped out 1.1i Citroen AX drag race at Santer Pod (here's the link to video's) http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=D5D65E898F41021E

Bonnet

Now lets look at what i have been up too. First things i finished off my Bonnet. I was planning to go to my friends dad to get the bad boy parts welded but in the end i used glass fiber reinforced filler to join the parts.
To make the bad boy cut outs i used an old Fiesta wing.

I recommend sand the fill down so that when you shut your bonnet it does not smash your head light.
I took me a hole day to make sore that it was dry before sanding, once it was finished we tested the bonnet on my friends car.

As my friends dad calls it, its the best shit bonnet ever lol.

Alloys

With my alloys all what i needed to do was to finish off the only one that was not painted.
If you have noticed the top tyre has paint all over it, this does not matter because i will be replacing all the tyres.

My 3 Stud 13 Inch Alloys

Here are my three stud alloys that i bought for £30, in the state that they where in i was not happy, so i planned to clean them and re-spray them.

Dirty wheel

Clean wheel
I repeated this 3 more times and then started to paint.

Now that i have premiered them, i thought of what colour to paint them, i thought of lime green out side and red on the in side.

I had nearly finished one alloy but i had ran out of paint and i work out i would cost to much for 4 green wheels, so know i will have two red and two green alloys.
Now all whats left is one alloy and one red needs clear lacquer coating

The Bonnet

I got my bonnet off a friend who was try to make a rat look bonnet, who then gave up and i bought it off for a £10.

I had planned to remove the paint and rust, to put my own paint job on the bonnet and also cut some vents in to the bonnet.
All this was completed during January in my parents seller where there was no ventilation so everything was covered in blue dust.

Also during the Winter i had measured out the air vents that i planned to cut out.

Once the summer had arrived i then thought about paint the bonnet, what i created was a copy of my YouTube logo.

I had now ordered a decepticon badge and a bonnet scoop.

The next plan is to Bodboy bonnet MOD this bonnet.
